IMPORTANT 
PAPER PRODUCTS MUST BE STORED CORRECTLY IN A DRY PLACE WITH A CONSISTENT MOISTURE LEVEL. IF THE SLEEVES ARE STORED IN A DAMP ENVIRONMENT THE PAPER WILL BE DAMAGED. AVOID SUDDEN CHANGES OF TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY.

SHIPPING

For non sample orders there is a flat rate shipping charge of £11.99 +vat to UK addresses for up to 20 kgs. Over 20 kgs, the charge is 0.50p per kilo. Delivery will be sent via a 48hr courier service. Unfortunately however little sleeves you order, the postage stays the same due to the way the sleeves need to be packaged to remain flat and the costs involved.

CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel an order, please contact info@ecoflowersupplies.co.uk with your order number. If the package has not yet shipped we will refund your payment.  If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the undamaged items back from you, and processed them. If the item is defective upon your receiving, we will pay for the shipping. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back using a carrier of their choice.

DAMAGE
If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
